Teaching Ethics

Education must aim at making children capable of becoming responsible, productive, and useful members of the society. Knowledge, skills, and attitudes are built through learning experiences and opportunities created for learners in school. It is through active learning that learners can analyse and evaluate their experiences, have doubts, to question, and to think independently. SRSM follows the aforementioned ideology and provides hands-on learning experience to the students.

Throughout the year, meticulous activities are planned so that the learning outcomes are clear and assessments are well defined. Physical and technologically advanced infrastructure, a well-designed and coherent curriculum along with the committed faculty at SRSM, provide a positive and conducive learning environment to the students within and outside the classrooms. Students learn through teacher's instructions, group discussions, field trips, seminars, and workshops which form an integral part of the study curriculum. Teachers aim at instilling confidence, initiative, and the development of critical and analytical skills. Classrooms are quite diverse in which learners of different abilities learn in different ways. Regular monitoring, creating close bonds, and consistent counselling sessions help our students to identify and explore their interests and achieve their individual goals.

We understand our responsibility of nation-building, therefore we groom our students to love and respect their country and embrace its values since we strongly believe that no plant can grow with undernourished or malnourished roots. We want our students to be proud of our nation and its rich cultural heritage and to achieve the same, all festivals are celebrated with zest and fervour keeping intact the spirit of love and togetherness. Academic excellence is given top priority, but honing skills and helping students realize their true potential ultimately leads to the overall personality development, which is the most important aspect of our school's curriculum.
